If you want to Ski or Snowboard in the UK on real Snow…there’s no better place to visit than The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempstead. There, you’ll find a huge 160m Main Slope as well as the UKs largest indoor lesson slope. Both slopes are over 30m wide and maintained with the perfect snow – perfect for all your indoor skiing and snowboarding needs! Offering lessons and experiences for all levels, along with The Lodge Bar & Kitchen, where you can refuel or unwind – The Snow Centre really is a fantastic venue.

THEIR CHALLENGE

In 2019 just before the pandemic struck, The Snow Centre had their most successful year- So a fantastic business looking to grow and thrive in the most challenging and ever changing circumstances in their history. They really wanted to sharpen up how their Brand showed up for their customers… and then develop a marketing strategy that helped them bring back the momentum they had pre-pandemic.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

Initially we worked with The Snow Centre to sharpen up and give greater clarity to their Brand story. We really wanted to shout about what makes them special – their customer service. With already ridiculously good customer engagement levels, it became a case of just emphasising their existing strengths and sharing this with a wider community. We worked with their existing brand assets, sharpening them up, whilst adding some rigour to the design principles. We then provided the team with a set of brand guidelines and a toolkit to help maintain consistency with their Brand across all channels. At the same time we focused our attention on their digital marketing – creating some exciting new video content, which played a big part in the hugely successful and profitable marketing communications we’ve been running for The Snow Centre. Their team plus the energy and passion they have for the sport plays a pivotal role within the communications we’ve created together. Yes they make snow, but their people truly are the greatest assets of their Brand.

We’re really proud of the results we’ve achieved so far – Consistently delivering a profitable return on investment for all paid support across Facebook and Google.
