CMME started back in 2004. They were one of the UK’s first specialist brokers, specialising in the independent professional sector, having built a reputation for delivering excellent mortgage solutions and impressing their customers.
CMME needed to update their existing financial guides to make them more engaging. Recognising that these guides play a pivotal role in their customers journey to remortgaging, these needed to be a lot more inspiring than they current were.
As a primarily web and call centre based business, it was paramount that the tone of their marketing communications was both friendly and showed their expertise. As the act of remortgaging can unlock all sorts of life events such as being able to afford to get married, or build that extension as a customers family grows, the content needed to inspire this train of thought. In answer to these elements, we generated a new tone of voice for their brand along with a new visual style to accompany it. With a bold regal colour palette, updated slick fonts, and a good selection of lovely home imagery we confidently targeted their customers who are at the more affluent end of the scale.
