From the modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has grown into one of the largest chains of pet food superstores with over 70 Jollyes Pet Superstores, and Jollyes PetZone stores, across the United Kingdom.
Jollyes we’re in the process of updating their antiquated loyalty scheme which ran using the plastic card in your wallet technique. While Jollyes worked hard on the back end of the loyalty program improving the data and content held, they needed a smart and slick mobile app to replace the traditional card method of customer engagement.
We worked with Jollyes and provided everything from the loyalty program name, visual ID and APP design. This first stage of the app was released to tackle an immediate need. As the systems behind the program are extended, the services and technical abilities of the app will grow along side it.
